DESIGN TO BUILD
Our Design-Build approach to building construction allows the two most significant unknowns, cost and schedule, to be controlled to a much higher degree than a typical design-bid scenario. While working with us on a Design-Build project, our in-house architect joins forces with our project management team as soon as the selected design has evolved enough to allow a construction estimate. During the integration of our project management team and working closely with our client, a budget and construction schedule will be phased into the planning. Upon approval by the client, the work is executed in accordance with the accepted schedule and budget.
